It has been such a long time since any information has been updated about this problematic development.

Dear June,

There is no progress made with this development. Unfortunately our information that the developer has completely abondoned the projest is now confirmed. Bulgare development JSC are completely out of the picture now as they have no intention to proceed with completion. People who have purchased in blocks F and G will be left with empty hands as these sections are in ruins, left only on 2nd and 4th level. The only chance other blocks to be completed is to find an investor, who will purchase the blocks at auction and then pay more money for outstanding construction works. Currently no interst is shown at auctions. The other possible way forward is owners and people without deeds to get together and get the blocks on their names, then finance construction. This was our idea, but we got only 10 people interested in this, which is too small number as only the purchase of a block will cost several hundred thousands Euro. You should get all the owners and investors on the wheel in order to succeed. There are such examples with other complexes, but there 90% of owners participate. In your case the percentage is around 10. So, as far as owners and investors /people without deeds/ proceed to stay quietly and wait, the complex will stay in this condition and will even get worst as it is not maintained and you know what happen when you do not maintain something....

Dear Orpheus Valley Investors,

The biggest news recently, related to the developer Bulgare development, was just announced. Sofia City Prosecutors' Office asked Sofia City court to announced a decision for termination of the company. The court cases was initiated on 16.11.2017 and it is still early to know how this will end. We will follow the case here and update you regularly.
